For interested parties, you are welcome to visit our lab, where we are happy to give a demo of our system and the operation! We are now ready to make HiL test on AVR and protection system in low inertia systems! We soon start hardware-in-the-loop testing on AVR and protection systems of synchronous condenser! The link between the hardware and RTDS simulation is established. The short circuit model of ENDK system is being verified with real fault data from ENDK, with accurate results. A workshop is held together with Danish TSO for model verification. Data is provided by Danish TSO. Modelling work is based on Danish grid model supplied by Danish TSO for the 2020 scenario. More development is done on the model to extrapolate the scenario to a true low inertia grid. Two PhD positions are advertised at DTU website.
